Abstract
Primary carcinoma of the fallopian tube is a very rare tumour. Worldwide, little more than 1500 cases have been published [8]. Fallopian tube carcinoma (FTC) is highly aggressive and has a poor prognosis. In the last few decades efforts were made to evaluate prognostic factors in clinical and pathological fields as well as the impact of therapy on survival. However, up to now, no multivariate analysis has been published.
