Die aggressive Fibromatose oder das extraabdominale Desmoid ist ein heimtückischer Bindegewebstumor da er 1. sehr selten vorkommt, 2. in seiner fraglichen Gutartigkeit häufig verkannt wird und 3. daher nicht radikal genug behandelt wird.
