Zusammenfassung

Das mikrozystische Adnexkarzinom (MAC) ist ein noch sehr wenig bekannter, niedrig maligner Hauttumor, der vorzugsweise in der Lippen-Nasen-Augen-Region auftritt, sehr langsam wächst, sich perineural und in umgebende Strukturen schrankenlos ausbreitet, aber nicht metastasiert. Er wurde erst 1982 als Entität beschrieben. Die zahlreichen Synonyma weisen auf die Probleme bei der klinischen und histologischen Diagnose sowie bei der histogenetischen Einordnung. Anhand eines eigenen Falles, der zweimal nicht im Gesunden resiziert und histologisch falsch diagnostiziert worden war, werden Klinik, operative Therapie und Histologie des MAC sowie erstmals auch immunhistochemische Untersuchungen mit Proliferationsmarkern beschrieben.
