Zusammenfassung
Die Mikrofilmdokumentaion ermöglicht eine kartenähnliche Dokumentation von melanozytären Hautveränderungen. Das Problem der Lokalisation entfällt, da das Bild ab-gefahren werden kann, die Übersichtsaufnahmen können 24- bis 48-fach vergrößert werden. Der Vergleich des vergrößerten Dias und des Patienten ist bei Tageslicht möglich. Die Erfassung von Veränderungen in der horizontalen Wachstumsphase sollte die 5-Jahres-Überlebensrate verbessern.
