Zusammenfassung
Hautprobleme sind häufig nach Nierentransplantation (1–3, 6, 8, 13). Für das Auftreten dermatologischer Komplikationen muß vor allem die immunsuppressive Therapie verantwortlich gemacht werden (11). Durch die chonische Immunsuppression entwickelt der Transplantierten eine große Anfälligkeit für bakterielle, virale und fungale Hautinfektionen. Die immunusuppressiven Medikamente haben selber auch dermatologische Nebenwirkungen und begünstigen zudem das Auftreten von prämalignen und malignen Hautläsionen. Die Vielfalt der Hautprobleme reicht von reversiblen Veränderungen bis zu malignen Neoplasien. Die große Zahl dieser dermatologischen Komplikationen erfordert eine enge Zusammenarbeit zwischen dem Transplantationsteam und dem Dermatologen (12).
