Zusammenfassung

Nach einer Nierentransplantation können verschiedene hämatologische Probleme auftreten (Tabelle 52). Medikamente, vor allem die Immunsuppressiva, spielen dabei eine wichtige Rolle wie auch die häufig nach Transplantation ausbrechende Zytomegalovirusinfektion. Bei jedem Patient mit hämatologischen Veränderungen muß gründlich nach Vitaminmangelzuständen, gastrointestinalen Blutverlusten sowie Medikamentennebenwirkungen gefahndet werden, damit schwerwiegende Komplikationen vermieden werden können.
