Zusammenfassung
In den letzten Jahren wurden planbasierte Hilfesysteme entworfen, deren Einsatzgebiet auf Applikationen mit kommandoorientierten Schnittstellen beschränkt ist. Die Bedeutung dieser kommandoorientierten Applikationen rückt aber durch die weite Verbreitung graphischer Fenstersysteme in den Hintergrund. Die neuen Interaktionsformen graphischer Benutzungsoberflächen, wie z.B. die direkte Manipulation, bieten dem Benutzer eine leichtere Bedienung und eine größere Flexibilität. Erleichtert diese Flexibilität einerseits dem erfahrenen Benutzer die Arbeit mit einem solchen System, so kann ein ungeübter Benutzer aufgrund der entstehenden Komplexität leicht auf Probleme stoßen. Die Einbeziehung graphischer Benutzungsoberflächen in das Anwendungsgebiet planbasierter Hilfesysteme wird notwendig. Die sich hieraus ergebenden Anforderungen verhindern allerdings eine schnelle Adaption bisheriger planbasierter Hilfesysteme: es sind hierfür neue Ansätze zur Modellierung von Plänen und Verfahren zu entwickeln.
