Arthroskopische Versorgungsvariante von Eminentiaabrißfrakturen am Tibiakopf

Summary

Tibia spine avulsions in children and adults are rare injuries. A new version of minimal osteosynthesis is reported. This method involves fixation of the tibia spine avulsion with distally inserted, crossed K-wires, during supervision by X-ray examination and by arthroscopical view. In 2587 arthroscopies between 1990 and 1993, 14 patients were treated with this method. The advantages of this arthroscopical technique include minimizing of the operative procedure, operative risk, and time of immobility. Early load capacity and early limited mobility ensure excellent functional results.

Zusammenfassung

Eminentiaabrißfrakturen sind bei Kindern und Erwachsenen seltene Verletzungen. Eine neue Variante der minimalen Osteosynthese wird vorgestellt. Diese Methode beinhaltet die Fixation der Eminentiaabrißfraktur mit distal eingebrachten gekreuzten Kirschnerdrähten unter röntgenologischer und arthroskopischer Kontrolle. Von 2587 Arthroskopien in den Jahren 1990–1993 waren 14 Patienten mit dieser Verletzung operativ zu versorgen. Der Vorteil dieser arthroskopischen Technik ist die Minimierung des operativen Eingriffs, des operativen Risikos und der Immobilität. Frühe Belastbarkeit und frühzeitige limitierte Bewegungsfreigabe sichern gute funktionelle Ergebnisse.
