Summary

Ischemic-type lesions are a special subset of bile duct lesions after liver transplantation; they occurred in 13% of our patients. In lesions comprising extra- and intrahepatic bile ducts, endoscopic/percutaneous treatment was rarely successful, but it is reasonable in lesions restricted to the common hepatic duct. Retransplantation and surgical reconstruction might be indicated.

Zusammenfassung

Ischemic type lesions sind eine eigenständige Entität von Gallenwegsläsionen nach Lebertransplantation, die in unserem Krankengut in 13% auftrat. Die endoskopisch/perkutane Therapie war selten erfolgreich bei extra-intrahepatischen Läsionen, ist jedoch erfolgversprechend bei alleinigen Veränderungen des Ductus hepaticus communis. Retransplantation bzw. chirurgische Rekonstruktion können indiziert sein.
