Zusammenfassung

Das folgende Kapitel befaßt sich mit dem Beitrag der Single-Photon-Emissions- Computertomographie (SPECT) des Gehirns zur Diagnostik einer zentralnervösen Beteiligung bei Autoimmunopathien des Bindegewebes und des Gefäßsystems. Hierunter wird im folgenden der Sammelbegriff verschiedener nosologischer und klinischer Entitäten verstanden, der im wesentlichen folgende Krankheitsbilder umfaßt:

  • systemischer Lupus Erythematodes (SLE),

  • Gemischte Kollagenerkrankung (MCTD) und Overlapsyndrom,

  • nekrotisierende Immunkomplexvaskulitis,

  • Morbus Wegener,

  • Sjögren-Syndrom,

  • systemische Sklerodermie,

  • Morbus Sneddon.
