Zusammenfassung

Moderne Wundauflagen stellen eine wichtige Hilfe bei der symptomatischen Therapie des Ulcus cruris dar. Doch nicht alle Wundauflagen sind für jeden Wundtyp gleichermaßen geeignet. Klinischer Aspekt, Stadium der Wundheilung, Ausmaß von Exsudation und Vorhandensein von Belägen, Nekrosen und Superinfektion müssen bei der Auswahl der Wunddressings berücksichtigt werden. Häufige Verwendung bei der Lokaltherapie des Ulcus cruris finden hydrokolloidale und geruchsabsorbierende Wundauflagen, Calcium-Alginate, Polyurethanschaumstoff-ressings, nichthaftende feuchte Wundauflagen und transparente Polyurethanfilme, deren Einsatzgebiete und Charakteristika im einzelnen dargestellt werden.
