Zusammenfassung

Am Beispiel einer Kasuistik wird eine Methode zur Rekonstruktion des Ohrläppchens präsentiert. Es ist ein zweizeitiges Verfahren, bei der die Entnahmestelle, die sich direkt verschließen läßt, infraaurikulär liegt. Die natürliche Kontur des Ohrläppchens wird in einer 2. Sitzung nach 2 Wochen geformt. Die Breite des Lappens gewährleistet eine gute Durchblutung ohne Nekrosegefahr.
