Zusammenfassung
Die Ätiologie der Acne vulgaris ist multifaktoriell (Abb.1). Der Einsatz eines Antibiotikums bei der Acne vulgaris, unabhängig davon, ob topisch oder systemisch, setzt sich mit einem ganz bestimmten Teilfaktor auseinander, nämlich der mikrobiellen Besiedelung der Talgdrüsenfollikel.
