Unerwünschte Wirkungen von Psychopharmaka

Zusammenfassung

Grundlage der ambulanten Überwachung war die Motivation und freiwillige Mitarbeit vieler Nervenärzte. Erfassungsmethoden wurden entwickelt, die folgende Voraussetzungen erfüllen: sie mußten

  1. 1.

    praktikabel und ökonomisch sein, um die persönliche und zeitliche Belastung der Nervenärzte nicht über Gebühr zu beanspruchen und den Eingriff in den Praxisablauf möglichst gering zu halten;

  2. 2.

    naturalistisch sein, um auch die in der Ambulanz relevanten UAW unter Routinebehandlungsbedingungen zu erfassen;

  3. 3.

    einen epidemiologischen Ansatz haben, damit ein Bezug zur Gesamtmedikation hergestellt werden konnte;

  4. 4.

    kompatibel mit der Methodik der stationären Überwachung sein, um vergleichende Bewertungen vornehmen zu können;

  5. 5.

    schließlich reliabel und valide sein, um generalisierungsfähige Ergebnisse zu erzielen.
