Abstract
Conventional radiography of the chest is the most frequently used imaging method to diagnose and follow up complicated obstructive pulmonary disorders. However, in many cases only a few roughly findings lead to the real morphological structures and so to final diagnosis. Thus, there are multiple diagnostic questions, which can not be answered by conventional chest radiography.
