Zusammenfassung

Mit der Entwicklung laparoskopisch einsetzbarer Klammernahtgeräte haben sich die Möglichkeiten vereinfacht, an intestinalen Hohlorganen in laparoskopischer Operationstechnik zu resezieren und zu anastomosieren. Derzeit stehen uns dafür Linearstaplergeräte mit 30 mm bzw. 60 mm Länge zur Verfügung. Vereinzelt wird auch über den Einsatz sog. Hernienstapler zur Einzelklammerung von Anastomosen berichtet [3].
