Zusammenfassung
Seit 1985 steht mit einem bioabsorbierbaren Anastomosenring ein neues Anastomosenverfahren im Gastrointestinaltrakt zur Verfügung [6]. Dieses neue mechanische Verfahren kommt dem Wunsch des Chirurgen nach einer standardisierten Technik und einer nach Beendigung der Wundheilung rückstandslosen Anastomose sehr nahe. Messen lassen mußte sich das neue Verfahren an der geringen Komplikationsrate, den Kosten und dem Zeitaufwand der beiden Standardverfahren: Handnaht und Klammernaht. Bisherige klinische Studien in den USA und Europa haben eine vergleichbare Sicherheit der Kompressionsanastomose ergeben [1–3, 5]. In der vorliegenden Studie soll geprüft werden, ob dieses neue Anastomosenverfahren Vorteile hinsichtlich Sicherheit, Standardisierung und Operationszeit im Routinebetrieb einer Ausbildungsklinik bringt.
