Zusammenfassung

Mit der Zunahme der Häufigkeit der Kolonkarzinome und dem fortschreitenden Interesse an der kontinenzerhaltenden anterioren Rektumresektion [8,12,13] hat der Gebrauch von zirkulären Klammernahtgeräten zur Herstellung von End-zu-End-Anastomosen, besonders im tiefen Rektum [31], stark an Bedeutung gewonnen. Die klinische Anwendung der zirkulären Klammernahtgeräte hat sich schneller ausgebreitet als die Veröffentlichung von Studien, die den Vorteil ihrer Anwendung belegen konnten.
