Zusammenfassung
Nach umfangreichen Präparationen, wie sie die Onkochirurgie als Voraussetzung hat, führt die Anwendung mechanischer Techniken — Klammernahtgeräte, resorbierbare und nicht resorbierbare Kompressionsringe — bei den Rekonstruktionsverfahren im Magen-Darm-Trakt nicht nur zu einer Verkürzung der Operationszeit, sondern auch zu einer Entlastung der Operateure. Die wesentlichen Vorteile der Anwendung mechanischer Anastomosentechniken sind in der Standardisierung der Methode, der damit verbundenen höheren Sicherheit und der Vermeidung subjektiver Fehlleistungen zu sehen.
