Zusammenfassung

Der Arbeit liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, Freisetzungsreaktionen von Thrombozyten im Vollblut quantitativ zu untersuchen. Mitteilungen darüber sind spärlich im Gegensatz zum Schrifttum über Messungen der Freisetzungsreaktion im plättchenreichen Plasma oder in Suspensionen gewaschener Thrombozyten, obwohl geeignet erscheinende Systeme nun seit 15 Jahren zur Verfügung stehen [3].
