Zusammenfassung

Für die Herstellung von rekombinantem Faktor VIII wurden die Grundlagen 1984 durch die Isolierung, Klonierung und Expression des Faktors VIII-Gens durch Toole et al. [7], Wood et al. [10], Gitchier et al. [3] und Vehar et al. [8] gelegt.
