Zusammenfassung

Die Therapie der Komplikationen nach Keratoplastik muß die Bereiche Immunosuppressiva, Virustatika, Antibiotika, Antiglaukomatosa, Gleitmittel und Kontaktlinsen umfassen. Da es sich um eine Langzeitbehandlung handelt, ist die Kenntnis der Nebenwirkungen der Medikamente wichtig. Hierunter fallen besonders die allgemeinen Nebenwirkungen der systemisch gegebenen Immunosuppressiva und die transplantatschädigenden Wirkungen lokaler Medikation.
