Zusammenfassung

Das Glaukom zählt zu den Hauptursachen eines Transplantatversagens. Das präoperativ nicht regulierte Glaukom ist eine Gegenindikation zur Keratoplastik. Postoperativ müssen verschiedene Glaukomformen bzw. Mechanismen der Augen-innendrucksteigerung unterschieden werden:

  1. 1.

    der passagere Druckanstieg in den ersten Tagen und Wochen nach der Operation,

  2. 2.

    das chronische Sekundärglaukom,

  3. 3.

    das Glaukom in Kombination mit entzündlichen Veränderungen, wie Immunreaktion und Herpes,

  4. 4.

    das Glaukom in Kombination mit Kortikosteroiden.
