Zusammenfassung
Im Gegensatz zu den immunologischen Reaktionen am Epithel, im oberflächlichen Stroma und im gesamten Stroma, die jeweils nur ein Erscheinungsbild haben, tritt die immunologische Reaktion am Endothel in ganz unterschiedlichen Formen auf. Ein subklinischer Verlauf der endothelialen Immunreaktion, die für den in den ersten 2 Jahren nach Keratoplastik beobachteten Zellverlust mitverantwortlich ist, wird diskutiert [21]. Als gesichert gelten transplantatbegrenzte Präzipitate am Endothel ohne Stromaödem, Präzipitate mit Ödem und eine progrediente, wandernde Lymphozytenlinie, die auch in Kombination mit irregulär verteilten Präzipitaten vorkommen kann. Diese verschiedenen Formen müssen nach Zeitpunkt, Ablauf und Prognose unterschieden werden.
