Zusammenfassung

Den Komplikationen nach Keratoplastik liegen verschiedene Pathomechanismen zugrunde. Abhängig von der präoperativen Diagnose stehen immunologische oder auch nichtimmunologische Probleme im Vordergrund. Sie können gleichzeitig auftreten und sich wechselseitig beeinflussen. Klinisch ähnliche Bilder erfordern genaue, gelegentlich schwierige differentialdiagnostische Überlegungen. Die sich hieraus ergebende und rechtzeitig einsetzende Therapie kann über den weiteren Verlauf und die endgültige Prognose entscheiden.
