Zusammenfassung

Erworbene gutartige raumfordernde Prozesse der Vulva und Vagina sind selten. Die häufigste auf die Labien begrenzte Raumforderung ist der Bartholini-Abszeß. Seltener sind Gartner-Zysten der Vaginalwand. Die Vulva und Vagina können jedoch auch sekundär durch Entzündungen im kleinen Becken betroffen werden, so daß sich Fistelgänge und Abszesse ausbilden mit typischen Nekrosestraßen und Höhlen. Gelegentlich findet man gut abgegrenzte bewegliche Raumforderungen, die Lipomen entsprechen. Blutungen im kleinen Becken können posttraumatisch nach Unfällen oder bei Antikoagulation entstehen. Narbige Veränderungen der Vulva und Vagina können nach Bestrahlungen auftreten.
