Zusammenfassung
In diesem Beitrag werden die Konsequenzen auf Kosten und Qualitätsanforderungen untersucht, die aus abteilungsübergreifenden Einsätzen von Arbeitskräften in Hotelbetrieben resultieren. Es wird ein Planungsansatz präsentiert, mit dem die kostenminimale Personalstruktur in Abhängigkeit vom finanziellen Anreiz abgeleitet werden kann.
Abstract
In this paper we analyse the effects on cost and quality coming from multifunctional allocation of personnel in hotels. We present an optimisation model which allows to determine the minimal cost of personnel structur depending on financial incentive.
