Zusammenfassung
Der akute Verschluß einer Extremitätenarterie stellt nicht nur eine potentielle Gefährdung für die Extremität, sondern auch für das Leben des Patienten dar [4]. Er hat deshalb als medizinisch-chirurgischer Notfall zu gelten und ist als solcher ohne unnötigen Zeitverlust zu behandeln.
