Psychoendokrinologische Untersuchung an Patientinnen mit chronischen Unterbauchbeschwerden

Zusammenfassung

Chronische Unterbauchbeschwerden (CUBB) gelten als der „Kopfschmerz“ der Gynäkologie (Schei, 1990), da circa 2–24.5% aller gynäkologischen Patientinnen an diesen chronischen Beschwerden leiden (Schulze, 1990). Das Beschwerdebild wird von Richter & Stauber (1986) als ein wenig präzise definiertes Krankheitsbild bezeichnet, das durch organisch nicht erklärbare, meist chronische Unterleibsschmerzen imponiert. Es gibt circa 150 Bezeichnungen für dieses Störungsbild wie z. B. pelvine Neuralgie, Hysteralgie, Pelipathia vegetativa, Pseudoadnexitis spastica, Pelvipathie oder Krankheit mit den 20 Namen (Artner, 1982).
