Zusammenfassung

Unter dem Alkoholentzugssyndrom (AES) versteht man einen Symptomenkomplex von unterschiedlicher Zusammensetzung und wechselndem Schweregrad, der bei absolutem oder relativem Entzug des Alkohols auftritt, wenn dieser wiederholt und zumeist über einen längeren Zeitraum in hoher Dosierung konsumiert worden ist.
