Zusammenfassung

Der kardiogene Schock beschreibt ein Kreislaufversagen im Sinne einer verminderten Organperfusion infolge herabgesetzter Herzpumpleistung [14, 28]. Das hämodynamische Profil ist durch eine Abnahme des Herzindex unter 2,21/min · m2 trotz erhöhtem Füllungsdruck über 20 mm Hg gekennzeichnet [14]. Ziel der Therapie ist die Anhebung des Herzindex.
