Zusammenfassung

Daß die wichtigsten intestinalen Motilitätsstörungen - der nichtkardiale Thoraxschmerz, der Reizmagen (funktionelle Dyspepsie) und der Reizdarm (irritables Darmsyndrom) - mit gestörter Wahrnehmung von intestinalen Sensationen vergesellschaftet sind, ergibt sich zunächst aus den Krankheitsdefinitionen selbst: In allen 3 Fällen sind Schmerzen essentieller Bestandteil der klinischen Symptomatik. Nach internationalen Konsenskonferenzen zu den funktioneilen gastrointestinalen Erkrankungen müssen die nachfolgend zitierten Kriterien für die Diagnose erfüllt sein [16].
