Zusammenfassung

Die Knochendichte wird beeinflußt durch anthropometrische, mechanische und hormoneile Faktoren [1]. Verschiedene Studien konnten einen Einfluß von Muskelmasse und -kraft und Körpergewicht auf den Knochenmineralgehalt am Unterarm und an der Wirbelsäule unabhängig vom Alter zeigen [2].
