Zusammenfassung
Die Behandlung der familiären hypophosphatämischen Vitamin-D-resistenten Rachitis mit einer kombinierten Gabe von Vitamin D und Phosphat wurde in jüngster Zeit [9] in Frage gestellt. In bisherigen Studien [2] wurde als Bewertungsmaßstab einer erfolgreichen Therapie in erster Linie die Endgröße des Patienten gewählt. Damit bezog sich der Therapieerfolg jedoch nur auf das offensichtlichste Symptom — den Minderwuchs. Unbeantwortet blieb die Frage nach der Verringerung von Deformitäten, die häufig zu Beschwerden und Arthrosen führen. Dadurch werden aber operative Korrekturen notwendig. Ziel der Untersuchung war es, den Einfluß auf die Operationshäufigkeit bei der VDRR als Kriterium für eine erfolgreiche Therapie zu überprüfen.
