Zusammenfassung
Rachitiszeichen, Looser-Umbauzonen, eine Zunahme der Knochendichte im Erwachsenenalter sowie heterotope Ossifikationen an und in Gelenkkapseln, Bändern und Sehnen sind die radiologisch sichtbaren Strukturveränderungen bei der Vitamin-D-resistenten Rachitis (VDRR) [3, 5]. Diese Form der Rachitis, bei der die Patienten trotz Vitamin-D-Gabe rachitische Symptome aufwiesen, wurde 1937 erstmals von Albright [1] beschrieben und seit 1964 nach West [8] mit einer kombinierten Gabe von Vitamin-D und Phosphat therapiert.
