Zusammenfassung
Durch die Einführung einer neuen Generation von CT-Geräten mit schnellen Bildrechnern sind 3-D-Rekonstruktionen ohne zusätzliche Hardwareausstattung in vertretbarer Zeit erstellbar. Nach Akquisition der axialen Schnitte können sekundäre 2-D-Rekonstruktionen in weniger als 5 min und 3-D-Rekonstruktionen in ca. 15 min erstellt werden. In 2-D-Rekonstruktionen werden ebenso wie in den primären Schnitten Knochen und Weichteile simultan dargestellt. Dagegen werden in den 3-D-Rekonstruktionen üblicherweise nur die ossären Strukturen berechnet und als Oberflächenansicht dargestellt [2]. In einer Studie haben wir bei traumatologischen und orthopädischen Erkrankungen die Wertigkeit von sekundären 2-D- und 3-D-Rekonstruktionen untersucht.
