Zusammenfassung

Kontinuierliche Techniken der rückenmarknahen Schmerztherapie zählen sowohl in der intra- und postoperativen Phase als auch in der Behandlung chronischer Schmerzen zu den etablierten Verfahren. Neben der epiduralen Katheteranlage werden in der letzten Zeit zunehmend auch intrathekale Katheter eingesetzt.
