Abstract

This is the third conference in nuclear physics that I have attended within a year. I have here been learning very, very much again and this is nice, but the fact that one has learned so much on three successive occasions gives one the impression that he still knows an awfully small part of all that he would like to know. This is somewhat discouraging.
