Zusammenfassung

Die Entwicklung eines Hemmkörpers nach wiederholter Faktor-VIII-Substitution stellt eine ernsthafte Komplikation in der Hämophiliebehandlung dar, so daß eine effektive Therapie, v.a. bei akuten Blutungen, doch in erheblichem Maße erschwert wird [1, 2].
