Zusammenfassung

Die hämophile Kniegelenkarthropathie kann umfangreich mit konservativen und operativen Maßnahmen therapiert werden [3]. Unter den operativen Verfahren unterscheiden wir zwischen gelenkerhaltenden und gelenkersetzenden Operationen. Zu den gelenkerhaltenden Eingriffen zählen u.a. auch die kniegelenknahen Umstellungsosteotomien zur Beinachsenkorrektur.
