Die Diskussion über die Pathophysiologie und insbesondere über die Pathogenese des akuten Nierenversagens (ANV) dauert lang und ist immer noch kontrovers. Meine Ausführungen über die Pathophysiologie des ANV gehen von dem klinisch recht charakteristischen Verlauf des ANV aus.
