Zusammenfassung

Nachdem an der Urologischen Univ.-Klinik Würzburg bei Patienten mit einem Prostatakarzinom im Frühstadium seit 1969 die radikale Prostatektomie durchgeführt wird, soll anhand der hier vorliegenden Daten versucht werden zu klären, ob diese Patienten von der Operation profitieren oder ob in solchen Fällen eine Übertherapie durchgeführt wird. Als „Frühstadium“werden im folgenden die Stadien pT1-2 pN0 M0 und möglicherweise noch pT3 pN0 M0 angenommen.
