Zusammenfassung

Die Auffassung, daß durch ein Screening morphologische Veränderungen, die einem invasiven Karzinom vorausgehen, entdeckt werden können, wurde beim Zervixkarzinom mit der Anwendung der Papanicolaou-Methode in den 50er Jahren bestätigt.
