Abstract
Radical gynecologic surgery procedures often require reconstructive plastic surgery techniques to rehabilitate the patient (e. g., vaginal reconstruction), to cover large defects (e. g., skin or myocutaneous flaps), or to repair fistulas or areas of radionecrosis (e. g., skin or muscle flaps).
