Zusammenfassung
Die Aufteilung der Personalkapazität auf Altkunden-Betreuung und Neukunden-Gewinnung ist ein Gesamtbankproblem. Durch ergebnisabhängige Bezahlung kann versucht werden, die Lösung auf Kundenberaterebene zu dezentralisieren. Mittels einfacher Ansätze auf Basis der Prinzipal-Agent-Theory werden Spezialfälle analysiert.
Abstract
Human resources must be allocated in order to Service the present customers on the one hand and to attract future customers on the other. Profit-based payment schemes are natural tools to decentralize this allocation decision. On the basis of principal-agent-theory some special cases are analyzed.
