Zusammenfassung
Neben den bekannten differenzierten und undifferenzierten Schilddrüsentumoren werden in etwa 1–5% seltene histologische Typen angetroffen [12,16,17,21]. Sie sind in der Literatur meist als Einzelbeobachtungen beschrieben, größere Fallzahlen einzelner Formen existieren nur beim Non-Hodgkin-Lymphom. Im eigenen Krankengut der Univ.-Klinik für Chirurgie Graz wurden 1975–1991 aus der Gesamtzahl von 155 Schilddrüsenkarzinomen nur 6 Tumore gefunden, die nicht den differenzierten und undifferenzierten Formen zugerechnet werden (3,8%).
