Vergleich von zwei Entnahmetechniken zur autologen Knochentransplantation

Zusammenfassung

Die Knochenentnahme vom hinteren Beckenkamm ist bei Wirbelsäuleneingriffen, die mit einer Spondylodese einhergehen, wie z.B. bei Skoliosekorrekturen oder lumbalen Fusionen bei segmentaler Instabilität oder Spondylolisthese, grundsätzlich erforderlich. Vergleichende Untersuchung von autologem, homologem und heterologem Knochenmaterial zeigten eine eindeutige Überlegenheit des autologen Knochenmaterials bezüglich der Pseudoarthrosenraten.
