Zusammenfassung
Die Problematik der sogenannten Psoriasis pustulosa palmaris et plantaris beginnt bereits bei der Definition des Krankheitsbildes. Versucht man in der Literatur, die sich mit akropustulösen Erscheinungen befaßt, einen Hinweis für die Definition zu finden, so fallt auf, daß offensichtlich bis zur Veröffentlichung von Ashurst 1964 [3] Krankheiten wie die eher distal auftretende Acrodermatitis suppurativa continua Hallopeau und die palmoplantar-pustulösen Erscheinungen meist als ein und dieselbe Krankheit angesehen wurden. Es scheint wohl der Verdienst von Ashurst gewesen zu sein, erstmals die bis heute angenommene Klassifikation der Akropustulosen vorgeschlagen zu haben. Aber auch dieser Autor scheint die Psoriasis pustulosa palmaris et plantaris nicht eigennamlich zu erwähnen, vielmehr betrachtet er sie als Variante der sogenannten Pustulosis palmaris et plantaris. Lever prägte den Ausdruck Pustulosis palmaris et plantaris [12], wobei das sogenannte pustulöse Bakterid Andrews in dieser Bezeichnung berücksichtigt wurde.
