Zusammenfassung

Obwohl weltweit Übereinstimmung besteht, daß die Exzision weit im Gesunden Therapie der Wahl bei Patienten mit malignen Melanom der Haut ist, werden das primäre Vorgehen, die Größe des Sicherheitsabstandes, die prophylaktische Lymphknotenausräumung, die hypertherme Extremitätenperfusion und eine adjuvante Therapie im Stadium I immer noch kontrovers diskutiert.
