Abstract
Periodic variations of the earth’s rotation, caused by the long period tidal deformation, is newly developed. This periodic series consists of 210 terms and includes all terms whose amplitude are larger than 0.02µs. The secular change of amplitudes are taken into account, which were not considered by Yoder et al. (1981). Applying this periodic series, the factors(K/C) of 0.946±0.006 in Mf and 0.945±0.014 in Mm, and phase lags of 3°.6 ± 0°.4 in Mf and 1°.7 ± 0°.9 in Mm, are obtained by analyzing recent seven years VLBI data.
